Imagine having to plan your dream wedding in just two weeks. Because of the war, we had to cancel our original wedding plans in our village in South Lebanon at the last minute and start over. What seemed impossible became possible thanks to Blanc de Chêne and, especially, Nathalie. From day one, Nathalie was incredibly kind, supportive, and attentive to every detail. She was always available, understanding, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Thanks to her professionalism and dedication, we were able to organize everything in only two weeks. The wedding itself was nothing short of magical. Our guests were amazed by the beauty of the venue and couldn’t stop complimenting the delicious catering and the impeccable organization. Everything exceeded our expectations and made our special day truly unforgettable. We got married at Blanc de Chêne less than a week ago, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless, and we owe a huge thank you to the entire Blanc de Chêne team, especially Nathalie, who handled all of our wedding planning. We booked the venue almost a year in advance, but due to the circumstances in Lebanon, we weren’t able to start planning until just two months before the wedding. We were worried it might be too late, but Nathalie immediately reassured us and she absolutely delivered on every promise. All I had to do was share my vision and a few inspiration photos, and she brought everything to life exactly as I had imagined. Every detail of the setup exceeded our expectations. The service was simply exceptional. The waitstaff, operations team, and everyone at Blanc de Chêne were incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our day perfect. The food was outstanding, and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting both the quality of the food and the impeccable service. Looking back, I still get emotional because the entire evening exceeded every expectation we had. Most importantly, we were actually able to enjoy our wedding without stressing over a single detail. Everything ran smoothly thanks to Nathalie’s organization, dedication, and professionalism. If you’re looking for a wedding venue that offers exceptional service, incredible food, a beautiful setting, and a truly stress-free planning experience, I wholeheartedly recommend Blanc de Chêne.
